Directors items
View MORE show DVD – an 8 minute DVD show for the MORE show booth. We feel it will be a nice addition for our visitors.
MORE Show final plans – reviewed checklist of assignments and made needed adjustments. All are ready to carry out assignments.
Driftwood project results were discussed; we will do a tour of the area soon with BHCNRA staffers.
Bighorn County REA was again checked with about getting electricity at the Kane boat ramp areas. They have given us some tentative costs for such a project. We will continue to move forward on this in our discussions with the BHCNRA.
It’s A New Day At Bighorn Lake Celebration on June 23 was discussed briefly. When the MORE show is over our main focus will be this event.
Fish derby will not require a permit according to WGF office in Cody. Also they have given us 24 new Zebco fishing pole sets as prices for the youth.
Boat registration can not be waived for this event. We feel we must encourage all boaters to get registrations done early to avoid any problems later.
Ken has contacted many of our potential venders coming to this event and they are very excited to participate. He will visit them as well as new ones at the MORE show.
