1-No budget for 2007 still a continuing resolution of 2006 budget
Darrell gave us a copy of BHCNRA comments to MTAO USBR for the water operations plan for summer 2007.
Darrell approved holding our Munch and Mingle meeting on April 14 at the visitor center.
2-Kane: North ramp
Need gutters by ramp edges – taken care of
Parking lot and sidewalk work – FOBHL will remove sagebrush, cut bushes and prep the area
Road from Hwy 14A to ramp – BHCNRA will rework this road in May with trucks from FOBHL VIPs
Cement ditch cleanout – FOBHL can help here
REA Electricity to Kane area – this is being investigated with Bighorn REA in Basin
Docks and walkway – borrow one from HSBend
Portable restroom in place now
3-South Kane
Schedule of work – work is proceeding with the use of a gravel ramp this year until ramp base integrity is determined. Restroom is a portable type this year.

Put both new docks on the NPS and USBR web sites soon. Show info for riverboats and large boats. Darrell had the Kane ramp added today.
4-HSBend
Concession and marina - Cement pad by bldg North side for vending machines. Marina gas on
hold for now.
Concession permit??
New Well – BHCNRA has continued with our work and have selected a site near the chlorination building in the service area as the new well site. This will cost less and allow the present and new system to merge.
Campground – The enhancements are still being worked on. It will be slow awaiting a budget before any “on the ground” changes can occur.

6-Driftwood burn project review – a good project for both of us. We plan on doing some next year.
7-Maps
BHCNRA Lake map - This map is close to being printed in Powell.
FOBHL southend lake maps- NWCollege is coming along well with this map set. It should be ready for June 23.
Jim and Kaye Carlson are directing this project for us.

8-Roads; who maintains them: John Blue and those on the YT Habit. - This is a shared duty Wyoming Game & Fish and BHCNRA
9-Signs for lake and other: We are still in discussion with BHCNRA

10-ROADS: Road from Jim Ck to Abercrombie, close the red cut one and reroute it to the west is in the road plan for 2008 Berry bush access road near Jim Creek reopen and sign
11-Trash Collecting on shoreline. FOBHL can help at anytime. This would be a good family activity while on an outing to Bighorn Canyon area. If we all do a little the place will be trash free.
