Board members excused: Keith Grant, Bruce Morrison and HD Yarbrough
We appreciate Darrell being with us!
Darrell Cook – BHCNRA he will be in meetings tomorrow so he reviewed items from our meeting scheduled for Wednesday May 9. (see attached minutes)

Report on recent meetings: Meeting to raise lake level to 3645’ - April 11 Keith had reported it to be positive.
Ft Smith April 12 (landing field at afterbay?)(NPS & USBR boundaries?)
FOBHL member mtg Apr 14, 6 to 8pm Munch and Mingle – a good meeting and eats.
WG&F radio Program KWOR - April 27 – Bob C spent 10 minutes on FOBHL and promoting the June 23 event.
Cody Home and Garden Show - April 28 – Several new members and lots of questions answered for the visitors.
Wind/temp gauges and Webcam at marina to check weather and lake conditions
http://weather.home.bresnan.net/index.htm web site - Darrell ask for a letter explaining this request. The letter is forth coming as soon as we have more solid details from our FOBHL helpers doing this project.
Gas pump at HSB marina – Will not happen this year. BHCNRA/FOBHL will get all the details worked out for next year plus the environmental regulations covered.
HSBend opening day – BHCNRA will email us when it is open at 3617’.
Marina concrete pad for vending machines/NPS concession permit? The pad was done May 10 and Darrell gave us the required permit forms that night. The vending machines will be set about May 18.
DVD filming on Memorial Day Wk end and on June 2nd or 9th – Darrell gave his approval
Hwy 37 and railroad crossing concerns at Am Colloid plant – HD is working on this issue
May 12 Powell Home and Garden Show 8am to 3 pm – FOBHL booth and presentation 9-10am
Framed print is done, helpers are ready to work that day.
June 23 Celebration : Details of events (Do we need to adjust number of activities?) We did trim some activities for that day. The Swim,Paddle,Run and the Swim beach games were cut.
Food was discussed and simplified. Overall the event is coming together. We will have a 4 page color flyer printed (22,000 copies) and inserted into the Buyers Guide. Also the banners will be displayed in high traffic areas in the valley.
