A list of comments:
Do it again with adjustments, maybe a different weekend?
Simplify the event in the future, fewer events
Use food vendors and the concessionaire for all food items
More signs around the event area to inform the visitors
PA sound system with more speakers over a larger area
No need for a trade expo portion, maybe other types of vendors???
The fishing pole casting booth and youth fishing derby can’t compete with the water           activities
Need 15 to 20 boats for the free boat rides
          Need boat gas available
Enlist more helpers for the day
Have golf cart drivers be adults
Have FOBHL memorabilia available for sale
More advertising in the Billings area

Billings Gazette and TV coverage issues – HD and Margaret will put together an editorial article for us to review and then submit to the Gazette. Darrell will contact Lorna Thackery of the Gazette about doing a tour of BHCNRA and then writing a story for the paper. Darrell has also had contact from Montana’s US House Rep Denny Reberg’s office about a tour of BHCNRA soon.

Wyoming Travel and Tourism video footage from June 23 celebration will be available for use soon.

HD will continue to pursue the Hwy 37, bentonite on the road and railroad crossing concerns issues at the Am Colloid plant.
